Wota began with a straightforward observation: visitors to Toraja struggled to find the right guides, while local guides had difficulty reaching potential clients. The application attempts to bridge that gap.
The project is built with Dart for native application development—a choice that allows for solid performance and maintainable code. The backend runs on Google Cloud Platform, handling authentication, data storage, and the matching logic between visitors and service providers.
Development focused on a simple interface and clear user flow: visitors can search, view profiles, and contact guides; guides can register their services and receive requests. No unnecessary features—only what is needed to solve the problem.
